What You'll Do
The Renewal BDM role fills the need to develop unique requirements for success in overall SP Support Contact renewals.

In this role, you will pursue SP customer support business leveraging an understanding of Cisco's TS, AS and core Support offers, how they fit and layer upon one another to maintain operational excellence and increase Cisco revenues.

You will be responsible for developing custom Services models to address SP business problems. These models must be grounded in a strong value proposition supporting customer and Cisco perspectives.

Other responsibilities include:

* Demonstrated track record proving an ability to create complex custom Solutions with an understanding of Cisco's Technical, Advanced Services and how unique Solutions can be developed to address Service Providers business needs.
* Expanding Cisco Services presence so it drives relevance to customer's key business objectives.
* Creating Value Proposition for existing engagements to demonstrate client benefit.

Who You Are
You have strong experience in complex solution selling within the Service Provider business - preferred to have industry specific experience. You have proven track-record in business development to create Custom models to address SP Business problems resulting in a win-win in a complex sales environment. You have the ability to create value propositions justifying Cisco Solution pricing. And you are an active collaborator within the field organization and have proven teaming skills with peers to continue to evolve the best operating practices at Cisco.

Strong face-to-face interaction and interpersonal skills will be required with customers, Product teams, AS Sales & Delivery, legal and finance. You have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate vision and translate to presentation skills

Our minimum requirements are as follows:

* Candidate needs to be located in the continental United States.
* The position requires a deep understanding of Cisco tools, customer network and Cisco support components.
* Business Development or Sales experience in a Services position.
* 5-10 years sales or business services consulting, BS or BA required, MBA preferred.
* 5+ years Services and Services selling experience to senior executives, preferably in the Service Provider market.
