Roles & Responsibilities

 

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders contributing key roles and responsibilities to make a successful engagement, and build in-depth understanding of stakeholders business, function and priorities.

 

Design and gather requirements for metrics, dashboards and analytics to support the stakeholders.

 

Work with the BI Governance team and stakeholders to assess, plan and advise on data, metric and analytic model governance.

 

Provide effective communication with team and leadership and Stakeholders.

 

Identify complex issues and resolves complex problems that impact strategic direction.

 

Be able to articulate Data Science approaches and techniques including Forecasting, Predictive, Prescriptive and Modelling.

 

Work successfully in a cross functional and cross time-zones environment.

 

Engage with resources in a matrix organization working across multiple delivery teams to successful delivery project commitments with customer satisfaction.

 

Perform project planning, capacity planning and manage multiple priorities.

 

Assess Risks, Resolve Issues to Closure, Drive Improvements and Change.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

 

5+ years' professional industry experience in a similar capacity.

 

5+ years’ experience in analytics, systems, information technology (IT), data management, IT based project management.

Desired Skills & Experience

 

Proven stakeholder management skills

 

Experience of business function

 

Hands on experience with Tableau, MS BI, Business Objects or similar tools.

 

Familiarity with Data Science Tools and techniques.

 

Familiarity with data governance techniques

 

DMAIC Green Belt preferred

 

Experience of Project Management Tools and techniques.

 

Experience of DMAIC or CRISP-DM methodology.

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Excellent presentation skills.

 

Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals and track and measure results.

 

Comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching in a fast-paced environment.
