<b>What You'll Do</b>

As a Business Process Transformation Manager, you will :

 Work with global strategy and operations teams within Advanced Services to transition, optimize and scale current processes

Streamline process, best practices and efficiencies at scale for Global Service delivery organization to prepare and support end to end service delivery

Provide critical business direction, guidance, and decisions focusing on opportunities for process improvement, re-design and automation

Drive process change management that spans Global delivery centers across geographies

Work directly with internal business clients on key initiatives to define opportunities, success metrics, and execution plan to drive global enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

Develop and execute communications and engagement plans

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>

You will work with global strategy and operations teams within Cisco Advanced Services to design effective solutions that support & enhance critical business processes and manage the implementation of those solutions within the Global Delivery Centers.

<b>Who You Are</b>

Skills & Qualification

 Master in Business Administration from a premier institute

· 15+ years of Experience and success in working with senior decision-makers within one or more large enterprises in the professional services domain

·Demonstrated business process modeling expertise

·Experience in facilitating, modeling and documenting development of current business processes or change to existing business processes

·Consulting experience in business process improvement projects is a plus

·Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial

·Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences

·Strong ability to influence others, building credibility with peers and key stakeholders (at all levels of the organization) to be able to drive action and effect positive change
