As a member of this team, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers to find opportunities with renewals and upsell.

The Channel Renewals Account Manager - Umbrella is used by thousands of customer to protect their networks and users. This role is responsible for the renewal and expansion of services within a named account list.  You will ensure high customer satisfaction during the life of the customer’s subscription, be responsible for managing ongoing post-sales outbound communication (non-support related) to clients (e-mail and phone) and will partner across multiple functions to provide seamless customer interaction.

Who You Are
Umbrella is used by thousands of customer to protect their networks and users. This role is responsible for the renewal and expansion of services within a named account list. You will ensure high customer satisfaction during the life of the customer’s subscription, be responsible for managing ongoing post-sales outbound communication (non-support related) to clients (e-mail and phone) and will partner across multiple functions to provide seamless customer interaction.

Our Minimum requirements are:

  • Define a programmatic approach for 2-tier renewals with our largest distributor
  • Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to ensure the highest renewal rate possible
  • Find upsell opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Generate invoices and work closely with Finance to ensure payment is collected
  • Responsible for meeting retention and expansion goals.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills
  • Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
