What You'll Do
The Digital Products Sales & Operations Planner will be responsible for developing forecasts for Cloud Infrastructure needs across various Business Units and X-as-a-Service offers. This is an individual contributor role that drives capacity planning for Global Planning and Fulfillment (GP&F) within Supply Chain Organization (SCO).

Key accountabilities include:
• Co-leading business unit engagement to gather demand data and evolve forecasting deliverables based on key stakeholder and business needs
• Co-developing Consensus Cloud Demand Planning Process and Monthly Demand forecasts
• Driving best in class analytical framework
• Implementing data collection systems to acquire customer usage data from various sources
• Ensuring standardization and scalability of data and analytics
• Performing statistical analysis and synthesizing data into information for decision making
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Continuously driving better business practice and increased value to the business through consistent measurement and improvement.

Who You'll Work With
The individual will drive a best-in-class Sales and Operations Planning process collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Operations, and Procurement, to develop an accurate forecast and gain alignment.

Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, and must have forecasting experience. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Key candidate attributes include:
• Has demonstrated experience in strategic planning or forecasting with exposure to large-scale online services environments
• Has strong business judgment and is able to make sound trade-off decisions related to forecasting based on market conditions and trends
• Strong attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal communication skills

Requirements: 

• Degree in n a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, etc.
• 3+ years of relevant planning and forecasting experience
• Prior experience in Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Product Marketing, Operations and Capacity Planning preferred
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with statistical packages such as SAS or R
• Programming experience in Python, VBA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Tableau, SQL and various database management systems
