What You'll Do

• Work with global strategy and operations teams within Advanced Services to transition, optimize and scale global operations such as Business Development Operations etc

• Streamline process, best practices and efficiencies at scale for Global Service delivery organization to prepare and support end to end service delivery

• Manage team capacity and utilization to maximize skillsets and availability

• Provide critical business direction, guidance, and decisions focusing on opportunities for process improvement, re-design and automation

• Work directly with internal business clients on key initiatives to define opportunities, success metrics, and execution plan to drive global enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

• Develop and execute communications and engagement plans

Who You'll Work With

Our team works with global functions such as Strategy & Operations, Sales, Biz Dev, Finance, Legal and Global Delivery centers of Advanced Services to scale and transform operations.

Who You Are

• Master in Business Administration from a premier institute  

• 15+ years of Experience and success in working with senior decision-makers within one or more large enterprises in the professional services domain

• Demonstrated business process modeling expertise

• Experience in facilitating, modeling and documenting development of current business processes or change to existing business processes

• Consulting experience in business process improvement projects is a plus

• Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences

• Strong ability to influence others, building credibility with peers and key stakeholders (at all levels of the organization) to be able to drive action and effect positive change
