What You'll Do
A Senior Collaboration Specialist is required by Cisco Systems, focusing on the Southeast Commercial Territory.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop strategies for their clients that deliver them real business benefits by leveraging Cisco Systems Collaboration product portfolio.

Strong knowledge in Unified Communications and Collaboration, a proven track record in solutions selling and the ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships is required for the role.

Strong knowledge in web conferencing and video technologies.

Who You'll Work With
• Software sales and recurring revenue models
• Building & maintaining relationships at all levels with clients
• Develop & execute client strategies in conjunction the Cisco Commercial account managers
• Demonstrating a complete approach to business operations (forecasting, pipeline management, planning)
• Displaying leadership through sharing of knowledge/skills and to act as a source of expertise to account managers and peers across the Cisco Collaboration portfolio
• Partnering effectively with internal and external parties to deliver customer outcomes
• Actively creating and supporting new business opportunities with clients
• Take a lead role with senior management, peers, partners, company and customers in progressing Cisco's success in collaboration solutions.
• Understand architecturally the complete Cisco's end-to-end collaboration architectures and Services incorporating UC, Collaboration, Business Video, Conferencing and Contact Center.

Who You Are
• 5+ years selling experience in a fast-growth, high-technology organization, with 2+ years proven track record, in Unified Communications related solutions preferred.
• Work independently to meet agreed targets, develop sales & account plans in line with company strategy
• Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in complex technology solutions.
• Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key customer and partner contacts, including at the executive level.
• Demonstrated experience with solution selling and business planning.
• Strong solution focus expertise for specific technology based around a combination of Unified Communications in its broadest sense - Contact Centre, Conferencing, Messaging, WebEx, Digital Signage and Telepresence based technologies; in order to be viewed as the lead Collaboration sales specialist.
• Requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent. MBA preferred.

Approximately 30% travel required.
