The Partner Account Manager in Cisco is the key contact for our Partners. You will own and nurture the relationships, building and executing the channel sales strategy.

In this job you will:


·         Building a vision, strategy and execution of Channel in order to achieve revenue, market share and growth targets

·         Defining strategy, planning and development of partner landscape needed for goals achievement

·         Sales management with partners

·         Partner incentive programs development and execution

·         Marketing strategy development and execution with partners

·         Building and maintaining executive level relationships at customers, partners and within Cisco

·         Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports.

·         Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.

Who You Are

Essential skills for this Partner Account Manager role are:

·         Good people leadership and strong communication skills (verbal & written).

·         Business development and consulting experience and skills.

·         At least two years of sales experience, IT sector experience is a plus. Experience with project sales.

·         Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.

·         Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources.

·         Ability to leverage and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.

·         Motivation for the role, drive and passion for Cisco business.

·         Fluency in English and local language.


Desired Skills

         Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships up to C level.

         Ability to match customer needs with state of the art technology solutions and partners to deliver them.

         Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to our customers, partners and Cisco overall. 

         Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.

         Master degree from reputable university (degree in IT or Computer Since is a plus).

         Work experience at IT vendor.
