What You'll Do

Your main responsibility as a Product Manager within Learning@Cisco is the ownership of the product, from ideation, stakeholder alignment, definition and productization. Building a business case, drive the product through management approval process, work cross functionally to drive product readiness, Route to Market definition, managing the product life-cycle and fostering relationship with Customers, Partners and key stakeholders will drive product success and it is a key part of your future responsibility. 

Who You'll Work With

The Product Portfolio Management Team within Learning@Cisco, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and drive product road-map, life-cycle, end of life, pricing, route to market, portfolio ownership (throughout the organization), forecast and forecast accuracy. As owner of the success of your product, you will be at the center of the product universe, from engineering, to marketing, to operation, you will be engaging with all those teams to make the product a success. Talent is the most critical enablement component for the rest of the company, and creating the next generation of talents requires strong interpersonal relationship skills, needed to drive consensus between all those teams you will be interacting with.

Who You Are

You're a Strategic Product Manager. You have experience understanding business requirements, processes and definitions.  You've written business plans, commit documents and drive business discussion across the organization. Your strong communication skills help you influence others and enjoy working on a team.

Our Minimum Requirements:

-Track record of good understanding of Business Planning
-Marketing Collateral writing skills
-5 or more years of experience as a Product Manager U

Experience with Cisco Route Switch technology  

Desired Skills:

-Understanding technical training business
-Understand Technology areas in which Cisco operates
