What You’ll do
We're looking for a bright and motivated Engineer to join the Enterprise Routing platform development team. As part of this team you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments in industry leading Linux infrastructure and Linux based platform software areas. You will also have the opportunity to define, implement and drive development of  Next Generation Access Routing platforms. You must be motivated, driven and a team player. You should be willing to learn quickly and be enthusiastic about working on a wide range of product areas. You must work well independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential. You must have a strong background in software development including specification, implementation and testing.

The ENCS family of server based appliances continued that rich tradition in the Virtualized services market. Who You Are
From a technical point of view you should have some familiarity with at least some of the following areas:
- Linux development
- Multi-processor programming
- Linux kernel driver development
- IP routing
- Virtualization technologies (KVM/LXC)
- Restconf/Netconf/Yang/Puppet
 
Specific experience in the following areas will be helpful:
- Hardware bring up
- BIOS and bootloader development
- x86/ARM driver development
- C programming
- Python programming
- Linux kernel porting, patching, debugging
 
Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 3-5 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 5-7 years of related experience.
