Who You’ll Work With

The Enterprise Networking Group (ENG) seeks a Technical Lead to lead the development of a broad range of features and infrastructure as part of our Platform Software Engineering Team

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of software frameworks and processes. He/she will have demonstrated software engineering experience in designing, developing and delivering software systems. Relevant experience should include successfully delivering complex software projects on schedule.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in CS/EE, or equivalent experience is required. Any other demonstrated high technology aptitude is desired
  • 12+ years software development experience of which at least 3 should have been in a Technical Lead role
  • As a technical leader has led the development of large, multi-feature network products
  • Excellent understanding of software development and test processes
  • Superior coding skills with emphasis on writing modular code and developing a variety of software
  • Proficient in software development using C
  • Significant direct experience with Linux and related infrastructure software. Expert understanding of Linux internals
  • Experience with switch/router system designs and implementations
  • Experience with Virtualization/Hypervisors
  • Experience dealing with off shore resources in collaborative development environments
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Experience with Agile Scrum processes is highly desirable
