Our client, Igor, Inc. is a rapidly growing startup providing the industry's only fully integrated PoE based intelligent lighting network to future-proof buildings.

The Vice President of International Sales will provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization’s International channel partners. The VP of International Sales is primarily responsible for building and managing the company’s International sales channel. He/she will be accountable for International sales organization planning and performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with the firm’s business strategy; Maximizing profits, achieving greatest penetration of existing markets, securing high value new client targets and retaining the company's customers.

The VP of International Sales will be based in an international gateway city (such as, Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, NY, LA., etc.) and must be willing to travel extensively overseas. Qualified non-U.S. based candidates will be seriously considered if located in a major market country and possess strong English-speaking skills.


  • Primary Industry Experience- Commercial building lighting/smart controls or building management systems (BMS) providers, and/or…

  • Secondary Industry Experience- Manufacturers of indoor commercial lighting fixtures or electrical supply distributors with lighting industry experience, and/or…

  • Tertiary Industry Experience-I T networking solution providers or IT network system integrators. Has an established network of contacts and relationships within the lighting industry and/or commercial construction business community.

  • 7+ years of sales management/sales/marketing experience in the primary, secondary or tertiary market definitions.

  • 5+ years’ experience of channel building experience in overseas markets in the primary, secondary or tertiary market definitions.
