What You'll Do 
Real Estate in Cisco is a 'service' to our business who is the 'customer'. Accordingly, the 'service efficiency', and 'service experience', will need to be at the heart of every decision you make in a smart process driven environment to ensure global consistency of service and standards.

You are the ambassador for Cisco in real estate discussions and engagement externally and regarded as the regional real estate expert internally.
You will be an 'enabler' to our business and our external service partners in our matrix structured organisation and as such you will help unblock problems which arise and prevent others from performing effectively.
With the support of our outsourced partners you will manage a significant budget to ensure our variance is no greater than +or -2%. You will manage and support third partner professional advisors, consultants and legal in the realm of Real Estate transaction and estates activity. 
You will work cross functionally in everything you do from a Real estate perspective and guide on all technical Real Estate transaction and lease administration aspects particularly in respect to key lease contract dates and obligations to mitigate any risk and exposure to our business with the support of our outsourced partners.

Who You Are
You have 2+ years of post RICS qualification experience in being well versed in the EMEAR real estate industry. You have solid financial modelling experience. As an expert you will enable and drive projects with clear actions and decision making in a highly collaborative environment.  As such to thrive you are an adaptable, well organised, independent self-starting, team player, able to solve complex problems whilst taking a broader perspective to identify innovative solutions. You are well experience in providing presentations on complex real estate matters in a plain English and concise fashion to ‘non’ real estate professionals without loss of key information in order gain clear decision on instructions you have recommend based on the clients’ operational needs. You are disciplined, innovative, processes and data driven to ensure compliance and governance is maintained at all times even when the pressure is on. You have the ability to step back and look at problems from a distance whilst have the expertise to step in where necessary in the detail and execution of a transaction or contractual issue. You are comfortable with travel and speaking with persons from all back grounds, grades and experience inside and outside of our business.
